I have this beautiful fur baby and a 7 yo and an 8 yo. My husband has never been a fan of having a dog and now that we are having a baby, he hasn’t come out and said he wants to get rid of her, but he has complained more than ever. “We have to vacuum everyday and there is still hair. This won’t be good for the baby.” “She barks when she sees another dog outside, she will wake the baby.” All I can picture is the Aunt in Lady and the Tramp. Anyways, my birthing center offers a class for us to take her to to learn strategies for helping her cope with a baby. I can’t take that until 3rd trimester. Does anyone have any tips until then? I’m working with the kids already to not get her so wound up but any other tips would be awesome!
