Prenatal Vitamins??

Is it better to take them in the morning or  before bed?

I take mine with my dinner every night. Taking any vitamin with food typically helps.

I take the gummy ones (have a hard time taking pills) in the morning.  I put the bottle next to my keys so I remember to take them on my way out the door.
