Okay guys so here is my story last month around the 10/13 I starting having a lot of cramps like really bad so I went and bout OPK and they were positive for ovulation witch meant baby dance time. My husband and I baby dance a day before de +OPK and days after. On the 23 we decide to take a trip to NY while in our trip I notice that I am extremely tired all the time and had tons of food adversions, hubby was like your definitely pregnant I was like I think so too. The days pass and I decide to go to this clinic down there that I used to once I lived there to get checked. I go in talked to the doctor tell her how long I’ve been trying to conceive and everything that’s going on they do a hpt and it comes back negative. So I assume my negative test them she tells me her recommendation is to stop trying for a while a go on birth control she recommended de Nextplanon I went ahead and put it in this was on 10/30 this same day AF had to show up but never did so I thought maybe it’s just coming a day or 2 late, but to my surprise it never came I’m on cycle day 41, cramping a lot, nauseas, tired, can’t even eat of how nauseas I am but -hpt. My question is can I be pregnant or this birth control did magic and stop my period just after 1 day of insertion.

So confused please help...!
