Sugar spike
So my sugars are never over 129. I had a regular bowl of cereal like always. Went to Home Depot walked around came home and felt weak and shitty. Laid on the couch did my sugar 2 hours post meal and it was 150. I felt so sick! So I drank two bottles of water and half of a boost max protein (1.5g carbs 15G protein). Waited 30 minutes and took sugar again and it was 104. Wtf happened???
