Rash or HFM? Help!

My baby girl has little scabs on her one foot out of no where. Is this hand, foot and mouth? She seems fine and doesn’t have a fever. She’s had a runny nose for the past week.

Do you have pets and carpet? If so they look like flea bites to me

Probably just a rash if anything. Usually HFM is on the soles of the feet and palms of the hand, not on the tops and ankles. We just had it a few months ago at our house and it was basically just like strep with a weird rash for us. Fever, super sore throat, congestion, rash on the hands and feet etc. That definite doesn’t look or sound like hfm.
