Af still not here and bfn still!!!

I was suppose to get my period on Monday according to glow. I have irregular cycle which ranges from 35-45 days... I'm now past day 50 and still no BFP! I think the stress of ttc is prob the cause of the late or even missed period. If I missed a period, how will I know when I should try the opk?
