need some help

Hi all i need some help please im after today 4 days late i did do a test and was negative no i have some cramps on and of and i feel like a pig ... I had watery discharge this afternoon but thats it can someone please help me ... in normaly 28/30 days but stil no af (sorry if my spelling is not good )
