It’s different for every baby and the teeth can be moving around under the gums for ages before they actually pop through, so baby can be drooling and chewing long before there’s any sign of teeth. My girls first teeth came through at about 5 months I think

Every baby is different. Rarely some babies are actually born with teeth. Also some babies don’t even get them until they’re one. My daughter got her first tooth at 9 months. 
There are some signs people associate with teething (drooling a lot and putting hands in the mouth), however those are normal baby behaviors and not necessarily indicative of teething. 
You’ll know it when you see a tooth pop through!

As everyone says, it's different for each baby. They can be teething for ages before you actually see any teeth come through - all the dribbling & chewing. My little boy got his 1st at 4 months & he now has 4 at 6 months. A friend's little one is a year with no teeth!🤷

Depends with my first she broke her first tooth by 5 months with my second she didnt get any teeth til after 10 months

My kiddo didn’t get teeth until 12 months and got 4 all at once so that was fun.  And no the doctor wasn’t worried and no he isn’t delayed
