Could I be pregnant?
At 6dpo I had spotting followed by first day period cramps that lasted a few hours. Tomorrow I will be 12dpo and I’m experiencing dizziness. Almost to the point of feeling like I’m about to faint and my hands are extremely shaky. Could I be pregnant?
