So we live somewhere in Asia. Anyway, we have been TTC for +1year. A few days ago we had arranged to do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and when I spoke to the nurse the day before she said we needed our marriage certificate as there was a new law saying any infertility treatment could only be for married (not same sex as not recognised here).

We are actually planning to get married next year but now need to rush the paperwork to be able to access treatment! In the end we will comply and get our paperwork in before my next cycle (I am 37 so cannot waste time) But I wanted to share this to see what others think. And see if it like this anywhere else.

On one hand, treatment is very accessible and professional, and we are grateful for that. On the other hand we feel vulnerable to government laws that can change very easily.
