11 month old sick....

Daughter has had a fever on an off since Thursday at 2am the doctors said it wasnt anything nut I'm starting to think differently. She has lumps behind her ears and the fever keeps coming back she is super cranky and crying alot. What should I do we dont have insurance at the moment so trying to avoid hospital If possible
