Breakfast ideas?

I’m pregnant with my second and ever since I gave birth to my first, my son, I can’t eat eggs. I’ve tried the yolk, egg white, scrambled, fried, pretty much any way possible. I even changed the types of oils I used but for some reason I get a horrible pain in my stomach for the rest of the day. Because of this, I’ve been lost with what to eat for breakfast. Bread makes me out of breath and things with sugar like pancakes and waffles make me feel weak after I eat them. Anyone have ideas for breakfast options that don’t include egg and are still nutritious and give energy? I love fruit but it never really fills me up and doesn’t give me a lot of energy. Sometimes I feel better if I don’t eat until lunch but that’s not good either. Any ideas are really appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
