Hey mummas. I’m curious about how your typical day with July baby goes with sleep/naps and feed times. Just because our nights have all of a sudden gotten so bad so I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong in the day. (I breastfeed btw)

Currently our day looks like this:

- Up at 7:30am

- Feed before going for 1/2 hour - 1 hour nap at 9

-Usually another feed when she wakes up

- Play time until second nap around 11:30/12

- Feed when she wakes and play

- long Nap at around 2/3pm for at least 1 hour (on me)

- play and feed etc

- night time routine starts at 6pm (bath, cream, kisses, feed)

- bed at 7pm

So in the day I’d say she’s sleeping max 4/5 hours atm.
