Bleeding after morning sex

This morning my bf and I had sex immediately after waking up, after we finished he went to the bathroom and there was blood all over the head part of the condom. I went pee and peed a lil blood too, I’m currently ovulating also. Is your cervix hard in the morning bcz I read that could result in bleeding if the guy hits your cervix too hard?
