Is this Normal???

I Have a 14 year old cousin and she hasn't had her period for 2 months and she swears she's not sexually active but I don't believe her, every time she's suppose to go to the doctor she makes an excuse not to go. Her mom told her its normal. Is this normal?

When I was 12 I could go up to 3 months without a period so yeah Its normal for some girls

When I was that age, my periods were super irregular and I wasn't sexually active at the time. Irregular periods are very normal (but very hard to deal with).

Is this Normal???
