Am I pregnant question.

Ttc... Soo Im late... last period Oct 4 they last about 5 days...I usually have 26-32 cycles since I went off the pill In March....Today I had cramps on one side for 20-30 min or so now its gone. No spotting at all. Negative pregnancy test today.. what do you think???
