My son has been pooping about 5or 6 times a day for the past couple days. Is this normal. He is formula fed. These poops change in color from mustard to greenish/gray and are seedy. From being wiped a lot he’s getting a little red rash down there. Should this be of concern? Should I make an appointment? They are almost sticky looking. It’s like he will pass gas and always has poop come out. but it’s not like a shart and a little bit it’s a lot every time. He normally would go about 2 or 3 days without pooping now it’s several times a day.
