😑 cravings

All I crave are meat and carbs. I really want to eat more nutritious veggies but when I eat them I still eat junk on top of it! How do I stop myself? I’m not bingeing on food. I eat 3 meals a day just not healthy choices. Like now I want combination fried rice, part of me don’t have the energy to get it but I’ll drive myself crazy if I don’t. I also won’t be hungry for dinner
