AF due 8-18. TTC #2

This is the third month TTC #2. I had a c-section almost 2 years ago. Last night when I was laying in bed I got a sharp pulling pain on the right side of my incision. It didn't last too long, but it was enough to wake me up. I do get the pulling sensation from time to time, but somehow this was different (or maybe I'm just hoping it was different). Has anyone experienced this before. We are praying hard for a positive test this both. Good luck and baby dust to you all!
