How can I manage to not gain as much weight?
I’m packing on the pounds even though I go to the gym between an hour to an hour and a half nearly everyday! I started at 150 (I’m 5’6”) so that’s pretty normal weight. On the 8th week of pregnancy I was at 156. I went this past week at 10 weeks and I’m at 157.4 lbs. My doctor said I better get used to this 😕 last year I went from 188 to 145 lbs in 4 months and have always had weight problems hence why I’m freaking out. Please healthy tips as to what you do to only gain 25-30 lbs and not more during pregnancy! I’m already super bloated and gone up two cup sizes yikes!!! Thank you!
