From what you know, do Catholic people who don’t believe in birth control believe in natural family planning?

Just curious as these people I know that are strictly Catholic are pregnant with their 7th kid and they seem happy but like they also didn’t want another baby. They don’t believe in birth control so it got me curious about if Catholic people who don’t believe in birth control believe in natural family planning.

I’m Catholic and use birth control and so do most of my Catholic friends. 
The Church teaches NFP at their pre-marital retreats. They believe it is the only acceptable form of birth control.

Most of my fellow Catholics use BC whether the church approves or not; this isn’t the normal, though. Those that don’t use BC use family planning to avoid pregnancy, but they know it isn’t fool-proof. 
As long as kids are born into a loving home, I don’t see why it’s anyone’s concern.

It depends on the couple. I do know several churches teach the FAM method for preventing pregnancy

Definitely the individual. My whole dad’s side is Catholic, and they definitely believe in birth control. I think it’s more uncommon now for people to “leave it in God’s hands” at this point.

Natural family planning is literally what they teach you do to in the Catholic Church. You get a whole handbook on it when you go through pre Cana aka marriage preparation.

It depends on the person. I am catholic but after three kids we use birth control now. Everyone’s different

Correct me if I’m wrong, by didn’t natural family planning come from catholic belief of not using birth control? I learned allllll about NFP when I became Catholic as an adult.
