6DPO is it a sign?

6DPO and I've got the feeling of period pain cramping. Also yesterday had sharp pain in left ovary? Could this be a sign? Has anyone experienced this?

I had twinges at 5-7dpo and af just showed yesterday.

Well it's been around since the 50s using your first morning urine void into a cup or small container I used a disposable solo cup, then add bleach to your urine about half as much. (Example urine: 50ml- bleach 25ml) if the year and foams up that is a positive test result if it just fizzes it's negative there are YouTube clips of how to properly read a test result. But again I don't know how accurate this test method is.

I had cramping for days 5-7 DPO, I'm hoping it's a sign and now I'm getting even more like tiredness sore breasts and queasiness I took the bleach and urine test that came back positive but that's just an old wives tale so I'm trying not to get my hopes up to high.
