Any tips on how to get my little one to be more engaged for tummy time? He’s 2.5 months and every time he’s on his tummy, he just lays his head flat and gives up on doing anything.

Doesn’t seem interested in grabbing at toys or anything. He lasts maybe a minute and then starts crying. He’s barely lifting his head when he’s doing tummy time. I’m a ftm and just don’t want my son to be missing milestones
