Going back to work

Is it bad for not wanting to go back to work and leaving your baby 😭😭 I took 12 weeks off of work and I still do not want to leave my daughter and have 2 weeks until I have to go back. Dreading it tremendously. Advice on how to cope with even the thought of leaving her. I’m having such a hard time
