So today my husband and I decided to have a movie marathon day. Just sit at home, relax, and watch some movies we hadn't seen yet. A couple of movies into the day, and it's my two year old's nap time. My husband asks where we put the new DVD/blu-ray player with this shit eating grin, and I of course find it for him. Asked him what he planned on doing with it, and he told me he wanted to test it out, to make sure it "worked". Apparently he wanted to watch the porn DVD I got in my welcome kit from Adam and <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> while our kid napped.

Of course, I got all giddy like a little school girl because my husband tends to like watching porn by himself, and it made me feel like we were about to have some amazing, crazy sex. So he puts the DVD in, we flip through the choices, and, deciding there was nothing really catching our eye, we just let it play through all of them.

We sat, cuddled in bed, through the first scene, then the second, and half way through the third, I started to wonder when we were going to actually do something because my husband neither said word nor made a move the entire time. I stuck my hand down there; he was obviously hard. I started playing with him a bit in hopes that would lead to more. That got him to rub on my breasts a bit, but he wasn't really loosening up. So I went under the covers to blow him, because that's what they were doing on the TV. All the while, he just sat there, watching the scene, without so much as moving a finger.

I think I blew him for at least two scenes before I came up for air, and he of course immediately rolled me over on my belly and got right to it. Three minutes. I got three freaking minutes of dick before he came. I was so damn disappointed. Everyone talking about how it's suppose to spice things up, and my husband just sat there like a lump on a log while I tried to make something of it.😒

I asked him what the issue was, and he said it just felt awkward watching something like that with me. It's normally a thing he enjoys doing by himself. We've been together almost ten years, married for five. He watches porn anywhere between 1 to 3 times a day. I figured he'd be comfortable enough to share it with me. We've tried once before, and all he wanted me to do was find things I liked, but refused to show me anything he enjoys. His reasoning was that I already knew what he watched from his history (always anal sex). That time was a bust, and he didn't want to try it again until today.

So, does anyone have advice on how to make porn watching easier for us? Tips on how to get things going so that he'll be more comfortable to let loose and enjoy the experience? I'll admit I felt a bit awkward myself.

Edit: Husband claims he didn't mean to roll me on my stomach. He says he was trying to get me more centered on the bed, and I just kept rolling, so he figured I wanted to be on my belly. I guess that was a simple misunderstanding on that part.
