To my Army EOD husband, we did it!

This month is exactly 1 year that we've been TTC. Tracking has been soooo difficult through crazy long/irregular cycles - and I have no clue when I ovulated or HOW this even happened because I was so discouraged this month that I didn't ovulate when I expected to and I totally threw in the towel for this month.

Today I randomly took a pregnancy test and was in so much shock, I took a ton! I'm pretty sure I'm fairly early, but I still have a ton of pregnancy symptoms (that I thought were PMS symptoms).

How early does this look to you if you had to guess? When will the Dr. Let me have an ultrasound? Tips would be great, first timer here!
