5/6 weeks no heartbeat? Help

Hi ladies
Last night I went to the Er because I had some pink spotting. From my lmp I would be 6 weeks. They did a pelvic and said my cervix was not bleeding and it could have been a cyst that burst and everything looked good. They did a ultrasound said they saw the sac and yolk but it was to early to hear a heartbeat. They said I might be 5 weeks instead of 6 and that does not sound right. What do you guys think? They said my hcg was 6000.

Your dates may be a little off. I don't know much about testing + at 8dpo, but if they saw a yolk sac that's usually  a good sign. At 5 weeks they wouldn't be able to see the fetus. At 5w5d if you squint and hold your mouth right you can get a very little fetus and a flicker of a heart beat. ;) By 6w5d it will have grown even larger and the heartbeat much more visible. Try not to worry! Thinking positive thoughts for you!

Guys they might be right. I went off the suspected day of conceiving and it said I would be 5 weeks. But jow could I get a positibe pregnancy test as early as 8dpo?
