Normal or Not

So through my 7 day cycle, I always seem to be hot.... like it feels as if I’ve been sitting in a sauna. I slept with the fan in front of me, drunk cold water, took a cold shower... etc... nothing seems to work

I just want to know if that’s normal during periods ☹️
