How do you relieve lighting crotch?

I am 30 weeks and miserable. especially at night. Tylenol does not cur it. heating pad doesnt help anymore. So tonight I am trying a ice paco in between my crotch. I just want relief... 😓

There may be temporary relief but I think it’s just something that kind of lingers til the end.. but a good side that body is prepping itself, baby is low and active, etc. I used to stop dead in my tracks while walking (even in the middle of a street) bc of it..... 😭😭😭
I don’t think even full bed rest could make it go away..
