OVULATION TEST HELP

Basically do the second line on ovulation tests get darker as you're nearing ovulation? Have these tests I'm CD15. Bottom was this morning. Shouldn't it be getting darker by now? I am aware that any line that isn't darker or equal darkness to the control line is negative though.
