My partner is really set on naming our son Vuk. He is Serbian and the name means wolf (and he loves wolves). I actually really like the name and it feels comfortable for me to say it but I’m not sure how other people would see it or say it! It’s pronounced Vuk like ‘book’. I’d hate to give my child name that will give him difficulties his whole life but then I like that it’s unique.

My name pick is Aleksandar (we are going with the Serbian spelling to match his last name but it can be pronounced the same as Alexander). Alex for short. Much more common and traditional but I really think it’s a beautiful name.

Seriously never thought picking a name would be so difficult!
