Help, please

Ladies, so I got my af or what I thought was af in Oct. 10/30 brown spotting , 10/31 1 day of bleeding:used a tampon and then pad, 11/1 spotting again. I took a digital that Sat and it said “pregnant “ I couldn’t believe it so ran out and bought frer, multiples and more digis. All came back negative. I had my dr order a beta hcg.

11/7 spotting, then 11/8, 11/9 bleeding, 11/10 spotting. So what do I count as my AF?? Now I’m all confused of when my fertile window is and when my af was 🤷🏻‍♀️Oh and beta hcg was negative.
