LH surge cycle day 13... Negative by CD 14 in tha afternoon

So I had a + OPK much earlier then other months this month around. CD 13... But now I'm very crampy today... Assuming ovulation is taking place... But is that too far apart? Saturday Am to Monday AM. Would I have ovulated sooner?
