Baby acne or eczema?

Is this regular baby acne that will go away or eczema that needs extra care? Cant tell the difference! Its all over her face. Help

The white heads make me believe its acne..some babies just get it worse than others..

Looks like acne, my little guy had it pretty bad. The pediatrician said to wipe his face down with a warm cloth couple times a day

Acne is what the doctor said it was for my daughter. I put breast milk on it. Not sure if it actually helped, but it went away after a few weeks.
