Week of 11/5-11/2018

Hubs continues to express disgust at me for not wearing thongs and sluty clothing for him when he comes home from work.. says I look like trailer trash, asking what happened to me..bc I didn’t look like this when he met me, that I don’t care that I upset him by not dressing seductively for him everyday, says his bosses wife wears thigh high socks and cheeky shorts and keeps up on her looks for husband everyday. I told him we can’t afford for me to go tanning and highlight my hair regularly or have new matching clothing/outfits and boots everything I have is 2nd hand odds and ends of essential clothing. I give everything I have to our kids to ensure they have healthy meals and proper vitamins. That is most important to me looks are not priority even tho I do the best I can with what I have..!! I told him it sucks we can’t afford his bosses lifestyle but stop degrading me everyday bc I can’t wave a magic wand and afford the Kardashian’s beauty regime.

He then screams at me till I back away bc he’s not use to me defying him.

This feels abusive to me... but that’s bc he’s doing it to me... from outside perspective what’s the situation with you all and your hubbys?

Before we had children together I did put all my money into my clothing and health and beauty regime but times change!!
