Roof of my mouth??

Question

So every so often the roof of my mouth right behind my 2 front teeth gets kinda sore, tender.. like I scratched it or something? I’m not sure haha anyway, does anyone else get this? Is it a form of cold sore or canker sore? I couldn’t find much online. 
Oh and I’m not sure if my tongue piercing would have any affect.

I also have my tongue pierced, I noticed mine hurt sometimes if I have a longer ring in it presses there

When was the last time you had your teeth cleaned? If it’s been a while, that could be the culprit. It’s time to see a dentist and get those teeth cleaned. Same thing happened to me. You may need a root planing and scaling. Once you get your teeth cleaned and they do the procedure, as long as you keep up with brushing your teeth and flossing, those symptoms will go away.
