Okay, so my husband and I live about 2 hours from where I grew up, so his family is obviously much closer to us than mine. I’m due in March with my little girl, my first baby, and my mom wants me to have 2 baby showers, one where I live now, and one where I grew up. I kind of think this is overkill, but I don’t want to just flat out say no to her, because well she’s my mom and this is her first grand baby. So my question.. is this overkill? Or should I go along with having 2 showers?
