Wake up to an empty stomach and feeling sick?

Question

So when I wake up I have an empty stomach right...well I feel sick till I eat something...I'm not a morning eater. Or at least right when I get up I don't like to eat. I give myself time to wake up first. But for about 3 days now I've had to eat something to keep myself not feeling nauesous =[ does anyone else feel this way??

If you start eating breakfast, within a week your body will start getting used to it and then you will crave food when you get up. It's extremely important to eat breakfast, especially if you're pregnant!

I am the same way.  I dont do breakfast because I dont like the majority f breakfast foods other than fruit.  But I cant eat anything sweet or I get sick so that rules out my fruit as well.  So i wake up emtpy and sick but if I eat more than a few bites or a few crackers then I am sick because I ate too much.  It is miserable.

I feel that a lot. Sometimes I can't tell if I want to eat or throw up! Eating always wins and then I feel so much better

I'm also 6 weeks 5 days pregnant...so...could it just be the start of my morning sickness.
