I'm 25 weeks and 4 days along, I had a previous 2nd trimester loss at 23 weeks and I take weekly progesterone injections (Makena). I went to my maternal fetal specialist and my cervix shorten to 2.1cm with a little funneling. My specialist didn't give me a cerclage only put me on strict pelvic bedrest. I'm really concerned about what might happen, it would kill me to lose any baby!
