I’m nursing and I’m just now starting to pump as well is there any suggestions on how to increase my milk supply as well?

Oatmeal. I used to make smoothies with almond milk, oatmeal, honey and bananas, sometimes brewers yeast. Or those mother’s milk tea from either Target or Walmart
