Cramping

Hi!! I am 30 years old and my husband and I have been ttc for about a year now. Three weeks ago we found out that we were pregnant. We were at our first ultrasound appointment on Tuesday where they told me I was 6 w 2 d. Heart beat is 103!! Is anyone that is around 7 weeks having cramps in their sides? If yes what are you doing to ease the pain.  I have had these pains for the past two weeks or so. Thank you!
