What's the soonest week you can find out the gender through a ultrasound?

I found out @ 14 weeks with my 1st 2 boys & @ 15 weeks w/my little boy I'm pregnant w/now.

I think they say 14 is the earliest..but I think most places won't do one until like 16-20..:(

14 weeks is when I found out I was having a little boy!!!

16-18 weeks .. I found out I was having a boy at 21 week three years ago lol x
