Not sure what's going on
So I took femara on day 3 of period. According to glow I'm around expected ovulation. But for some reason today I got nauseated after lunch and even vomited . ive never actually vomited after any nausea. I was having cramping and back pain over the weekend. Is it possible due to letrozole that I ovulated early ???
