My mom is sick, she basically says she has a liver disease but her liver isn’t failing yet. Bunch of other things. I can’t lift anything more than 5lbs because I have have a bad back and torn a rotary cuff and she needs help getting out of bed and chairs because she says she do weak.. So basically I’m in pain all the time if I lift more and have to because of my 11month old. So I got this text from my grandma. I’m pissed off, because my Mom’s house is nasty and I don’t want my child on the floor or in because they smoke on top of it being dirty. My husband works 15+ hours so it’s just me taking care of my children. I ask my mom if she needs anything, or wants to spend the day at my house to not be alone but she tells me no.. She lives with my step dad and two step brothers, the two brothers don’t work and always home. How would you respond? Without coming off bitchy. I brought food over for dinner for her, when I don’t have the money to feed her plus my step family but trying to make it work.
