Bruised uterus

So i went for my first ultrasound yesterday and i was measuring right onschedule at six weeks one day with a hb of 124 a big relief since i had a miscarriage in february of this year and ive already atarted apotting with this pregnancy when i asked the nurse about it she told me there was a bruise on my uterus that was causig the spotting and it should resolve itself has anyone else experienced bruising on their uterus
