The attention makes me uncomfortable

Am I the only one who is uncomfortable with all the attention being pregnant? I love my baby more than I could have ever imagined and can't wait to have him or her. I just am not one that likes to be center of attention. My baby belly has really popped and as much as my husband and I think it's cute, I'm uncomfortable when others start making a big deal about it. Does the new wear off for people? I really just want to enjoy my pregnancy in peace.
