Legs up?

Does it really help with conceiving? Have you tried it and it work if so how long do you wait? I know some say yes to the idea and some say no due to getting a UTI.. Just wondering about it I’ve personally never tried.

No, it doesn’t help. Sperm get where they need to go in seconds. I will admit that I have done it anyway just to make myself feel like I was doing something. I only did it for about ten minutes though, and then I would go pee to avoid a UTI.
