Anyone else get 100% abnormal sperm morph on SA?

What did your RE recommend? We are struggling with secondary infertility, tried for over a year and nothing.  Just tried our first IUI, but have read many go straight to ivf with such poor morph? How many IUI cycles would you try? We pay 100%out of pocket.

Yes we had no normal sperm.  We also had low count and poor motility.  We did go straight to IVF with ICSI.  They can try different supplements or medications for 6 months for a small chance of improvement, but we didn’t want to waste time as poor sperm count and quality tends to get progressively worse over time in patients like my husband who has very low testosterone.  Our doctor also told us the chance that medication could get us to a level where IUI was possible were very slim.

Yes, we struggled with that. We wanted quick results so we went straight to IVF (ICSI) first cycle was a disaster due to the medication not working for me and my low AMH, took a break for 6 months (bought a house and travelled) did another IVF (ICSI) again. We had 12 eggs, 11 mature, we were ecstatic, next day, 8 fertilized, I was over the moon, I just want one, I was like, now I can have 8 (they were all grade A). The clinic said come on day 5 for a blast transfer. On day 5, clinic tells me, I am sorry, nothing survived after day 3. I asked them why, why, why.... they said, the egg supports the growth until day 3 after that the sperm takes over and if it is not good, there will be no further development of the embryo. They sent us to the urologist (I didn’t even know this could be done, if I had, I wouldn’t have wasted time on the IVFs). Turns out my husband had vericocele. He went on a waiting list and had his surgery done in April 2018. Went for sperm analysis in October (6months later) his sperm count went up, motility went up, morphology went to normal. Then we had a transvaginal endoscopy done. The wanted to see if he can find anything wrong with me as I changed clinics and turns out I have endometriosis on my right ovary, so working on fixing that now.. 
my advice is to find out if there is any treatment for your partner.
