Bad acne all over at 5 weeks 6 days

It’s covering my face, have spots in between my boobs, and I even have pimples on my head in my freaking hair! Wtf! Have never experienced that before in my life. Is anyone else having acne this bad? And if so, what’re you doing about it? I know it’s because my hormones are going crazy, it’s just awful! 😩😫 Anon because I’m so embarrassed about it, hah
