Cramps!!

How many days do your cramps usually last? Mine do for 3-4 days and they start the day before my period and are always really bad. Today is day 3 of cramps and hopefully the last! 😖😖

Usually mine are for the first day and some second. Everyone is differant so I wouldn't worry, camps are basically contractions to expel the blood. Take Advil and put a warm compress on your stomach. There's nothing you can do! Good luck!!

My cramps are just usually for the first full day I have my period. Not the day I get it if I get it in the evening, the day after

Mine are usually bad the first day like to the point that I can't move out of bed but they die down by nightfall. So really the first day is really bad. My second day is okay. Very on and off after that I'm good.
